CUSTOMER CARE

One of the main targets set by SITTAM is to ensure our Customers the highest level of satisfaction. To reach this goal, SITTAM believes that listening to our customers, knowing their needs and how they feel about our services are core values. Through the “CUSTOMER CARE” our Customers can come into contact directly with the people in charge and the Company management, relating suggestions, discontents or disservices. This will allow us to undertake actions to solve problems quickly and  offer our Customers a service that is better and better every day.
In short, the target of this office is to keep strictly in contact with our Customers, thus assuring that the inalienable principles of our service are respected, which are:

Reliability: a Customer who applies to us knows that we are always in a position to submit him/her one or more professional, correct and competitive offers;

Promptness: we always give a Customer the answers to his/her questions in the littlest possible time;

Regard: OUR CUSTOMER, no matter how big he/she is, is held in high consideration.

Empathy: we know our interlocutors are people, not acronyms or Company names. This is why empathy, availability and professionalism are our best business card;

Capability: today expertness and professionalism are essential features which actually do make a difference. And these are the features distinguishing our staff.

Information: should any event compromise the regularity of our services, we ensure our Customers a clear, correct and prompt information.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

At regular intervals we carry out Customer Satisfaction Survey, as set by our Quality System (UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 Certification), and then we release the outcome.

HELP US TO IMPROVE
We introduced the CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE to put into practice the above mentioned principles, as well as to collect and coordinate:

- improvement suggestions;
- non-conformance reports;
- disservices reports;
- prompt processing of all the above mentioned points.
